Building Insurance Claims

The properties are normally insured via a block buildings insurance policy and stated in our Service Level Agreement. The Element Factors does not take any commission on the premium.

For developments with a Common Building Policy, owners are reminded that they do not need to take out their own buildings insurance.

Please refer to your developments insurance policy as to how claims are made. Details on who to contact and any excesses payable are detailed in the policy.
